3) Within one year from the date of purchasing our products, if the product has performance failures that are not artificially damaged, consumers are entitled to free warranty service;
4) The warranty period of products and accessories is 1 year.
5) If the product has a performance failure that is not artificially damaged during the warranty period, consumers can enjoy free replacement and maintenance services at the original place of purchase or the replacement location designated by Yonghengfeng Intelligent Device Co., Ltd;
6) The warranty period is calculated from the date of issuance of the invoice. When the last day of the validity period is a legal holiday, the day after the holiday shall be the last day of the validity period;
7) If the product has a performance failure beyond the warranty period, consumers can enjoy paid repair or replacement services at the original place of purchase or the replacement location designated by Yongfeng Company.
The following restrictions on the warranty apply to the host and all accessories, and Yonghengfeng Intelligent Device Co., Ltd will cancel its warranty qualifications:
1) Unauthorized disassembly and maintenance without the permission and authorization of Yonghengfeng Company;
2) Equipment damage or abnormal function caused by unauthorized modification of the operating system of the equipment without the authorization of Yonghengfeng Company;
3) Equipment damage or abnormal function caused by immersion, breakage, or improper use by the user;
4) After the warranty period, users need to pay for maintenance according to the specific situation;
5) The warranty certificate does not match the product model or the warranty certificate has been altered;
6) Damage caused by improper use , maintenance, and maintenance not in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual;
7) The equipment display screen and other components, main lines, etc., are intentionally damaged during use;
8) Use incorrect connectors (such as voltage, power strips, chargers, etc.);
9) Damage caused by force majeure (such as fire, earthquake, lightning, etc.);
10) Other non-warranty situations stipulated by law.
